The service
AnswerScope tracks how third-party AI answer engines respond to prompts you configure, scores the results, and generates site files from facts you provide. AI engine outputs are produced by third parties; we report them faithfully but do not control or guarantee them.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the prompts and brand data you submit. You may not use the service to scan sites you have no legitimate interest in, to probe or overload third-party systems, or to violate any AI provider's terms.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly via Dodo Payments (merchant of record). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (brands, prompts, engines, scan frequency) are enforced by the service and may evolve with notice.
Data accuracy disclaimer
Visibility scores, share of voice, and citations are computed deterministically from engine responses at scan time. AI answers vary across time, phrasing, accounts and regions; results are a measurement instrument, not a guarantee of what any individual user sees.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
