What we collect
Account data (email, name, password hash), the brands, competitors and prompts you configure, scan results returned by AI engines, free-scan inputs (website URL, optional brand/category/email), and standard technical logs (IP address for rate limiting and security).
How we use it
To run the service: executing scans against AI engine APIs, computing scores, sending the reports you enable, processing payments via our merchant of record, and preventing abuse. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties we rely on
AI engine providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic) receive the prompt text you track in order to generate answers. Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record. Our hosting and database providers store service data. Each processes data under their own terms.
We send transactional email (reports you enabled, account notices). Free-scan email capture is used to send the requested report and relevant product updates; unsubscribe anytime by replying or via the settings page.
Retention & deletion
Scan history is retained while your account is active. Deleting a brand removes its prompts, runs and results. To delete your entire account and data, contact us from your account email.
Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, sessions use signed HTTP-only cookies, billing webhooks are signature-verified, and access to production data is restricted.
